Everything you need to use Cheapsmmug. Learn how to fund your account, place and manage orders, use our services, access the API, and get support.

Introduction to Cheapsmmug

Cheapsmmug is a professional social media marketing (SMM) platform designed to help you grow your online presence. Through our dashboard, you can purchase growth services for various platforms (like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), track your order progress, and manage your account balance.

How the Process Works

  1. Create an Account: Register on the platform to access the dashboard.
  2. Add Funds: Deposit money into your Cheapsmmug wallet using supported payment methods.
  3. Place an Order: Select a service, enter your target link and quantity, and submit the order.
  4. Track Progress: Monitor the status of your order from the Orders page.

Wallet & Deposits

To start placing orders, you need funds in your Cheapsmmug wallet. Follow these steps to deposit money securely.

  1. Go to the Wallet Page: Click on the "Wallet" link in the sidebar menu.
  2. Select Payment Method: Choose an available method (e.g., MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa/Mastercard, or Manual Payment).
  3. Enter Amount: Type the amount you wish to deposit. Ensure it meets the minimum requirement.
  4. Enter Details: Provide the required payment details (e.g., phone number for Mobile Money).
  5. Process Deposit: Click the deposit button and follow the payment instructions or prompts.
  6. Check Balance: Once the payment is confirmed and approved, your wallet balance will update automatically.

How to Place an Order

Once your wallet is funded, you can start growing your social media accounts.

  1. Navigate to New Order: Click "New Order" in the sidebar.
  2. Select Category & Service: Choose the platform category and the specific service you want.
  3. Review Requirements: Check the service description for specific rules (e.g., account must be public, minimum quantity).
  4. Enter Target Link: Paste the link to your profile or post. Ensure it is correct and public.
  5. Enter Quantity: Type the amount you want. Make sure it is between the Min and Max limits shown.
  6. Review Estimated Cost: The charge will be calculated automatically based on the quantity.
  7. Submit Order: Click "Submit Order" to deduct the funds from your wallet and start the process.
  8. Track Order: Go to the Orders page to monitor the progress.

Understanding Order Statuses

Orders go through different stages. Here is what each status means:

  • Pending: The order has been accepted by the platform but processing has not started.
  • Processing: The order is currently being processed by the service provider.
  • In Progress: The delivery is actively happening.
  • Completed: The service has been reported as completed.
  • Partial: Only part of the requested quantity was delivered. The undelivered portion is refunded to your wallet.
  • Canceled: The order was canceled. Its final financial handling depends on the platform's order rules.

Refills

Some services support a "Refill" feature. This means if the followers or likes you purchased drop within a specific period, the system can replace them for free.

  • Eligibility: Refill eligibility varies by service. Check the service description to see if a refill is supported.
  • How to Refill: Go to the Refill page, enter your Order ID, and click the refill button. The system will attempt to replenish the dropped quantity.
  • Conditions: Refill conditions depend on the specific service and its stated refill period. Do not assume every service has a refill guarantee.

Mass Order

Need to place multiple orders at once? The Mass Order page allows you to submit bulk orders by pasting a list.

Format

Use the following format, with one order per line:

ServiceID|Link|Quantity

Example:

1234|https://instagram.com/yourprofile|1000
5678|https://tiktok.com/@yourvideo|5000

Ensure the Service ID is valid and the quantity falls within the service's Min/Max limits.

Understanding Services

The Services page displays all available growth services we offer. Always read the service description before ordering.

  • Service ID: A unique identifier for the service.
  • Category: The platform the service belongs to (e.g., Instagram).
  • Rate: The price per 1000 units.
  • Min / Max: The minimum and maximum quantity allowed per order.
  • Average Time: An estimate of how long the order will take to complete. This is not a guaranteed delivery time.
  • Refill: Indicates whether the service supports automatic or manual refills.

API Overview

The Cheapsmmug API allows developers to send orders programmatically from their own scripts or reseller websites.

Authentication

You need an API key to use the API. You can find your API key on the API page in the dashboard.

Below is a conceptual example of placing an order via the API. Please refer to the API page in your dashboard for the exact endpoint URLs and parameters.

Do not fabricate API specifications. Always use the official API documentation provided on your API page.

Affiliate Program

The Cheapsmmug affiliate program allows you to earn rewards by referring new users to the platform.

  • Referral Link: Find your unique link on the Affiliate page.
  • Share: Share your link with your audience or friends.
  • Track: Monitor referral clicks and signups from the Affiliate dashboard.
  • Commissions: Earnings are calculated based on the rules defined by the platform. Check the Affiliate page for specific details.

Support & Tickets

If you encounter any issues, use the Tickets page to open a support request.

What to Include in a Ticket

  • Order ID: Always provide the specific Order ID.
  • Service ID: The ID of the service you ordered.
  • Target Link: The URL you entered for the order.
  • Description: Clearly explain the issue.
  • Screenshots: Attach screenshots if they help illustrate the problem.

Page Explanations

Dashboard

Your central hub. It shows your wallet balance, total spent, order statistics, and recent platform announcements.

Services

This is your catalog. The Services page displays all available growth services we offer. You can use the search bar to find services by name or Service ID, filter by platform, and view live pricing.

New Order

This is where you place a single order. You select a category, choose a specific service, paste your link, enter the quantity, and submit.

Mass Order

Allows you to submit bulk orders by pasting a list in the format: ServiceID|Link|Quantity.

Orders

Here you can track the status of all your orders, view the exact amount charged, and check remaining quantities.

Wallet

Manage your account balance, view transaction history, and deposit funds.

Refill

Request a refill for eligible orders if the delivered quantity drops.

Tickets

Open and track support requests with the admin team.

API

For developers. This page provides your unique API key and documentation on how to send orders programmatically.

Affiliate

Manage your referral links and track your affiliate earnings.

Settings

Refund & Order Policy

Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms:

  • No Refunds for Unlisted Services: If you place an order using a Service ID that is not actively listed on our panel, the order will be rejected or lost, and no refund will be issued.
  • Incorrect Links: Ensure the link you provide is correct and the account/post is public. We do not refund orders placed on private accounts.
  • Quantity Limits: Always check the Min and Max limits. Orders placed below the minimum or above the maximum will be canceled automatically without a guarantee of immediate refund.
  • Service-Specific Rules: Refill rules and delivery times vary by service. We do not guarantee specific delivery times unless stated explicitly in the service description.

Privacy & Security

We take your privacy seriously. Here is how we handle your data when you use Cheapsmmug:

  • Authentication Tokens: We use your browser's local storage to save your secure login token (JWT). This keeps you logged in safely without requiring you to enter your password on every page. We do not store your plain text password locally.
  • User Preferences: Cookies are used to remember your preferences, such as whether you prefer Dark Mode or Light Mode for the dashboard.
  • No Third-Party Tracking: We do not sell your data to third parties. Our payment gateways (like PesaJet) use their own secure cookies solely to process your transactions safely.
